As the founders of brokery, Jackie and Phil, we are a normal family living in the Northern Suburbs who were seeking some finance for a property purchase. Our financial circumstances were complicated and we just used the bank because we didn’t know where to start. We found the whole experience difficult and ended up doing much of the work ourselves - the bank lender nearly missed our settlement date causing us stress and concern.  On reflection we just wanted someone who would work with us and help us through the process, not leave it up to us to do all the work. So we decided we would help as many others as possible to avoid the same fate.
